I took some pictures of the post cards and they're not awful so I'm sending some of my favorite objects to you.
The crown, scepter and orb of Tsar (odd AOL spell check likes this spelling of Czar, Word like either and the Russians use both indiscriminately) Mihail Fvodorovich. I tried to describe the orb and the crown but the picture says it better. Love the sable rimmed crown.
This is the 'necklace' I tried to describe. Winds up it's Humerals or a Barmy. A barmy is a valuable shoulder garment decorated with religious drawings. Peince Ivan Kalita of Moscow was the first to have them in Russia. (1300s).
A miter to be worn by a priest, probably at least a Metropolitan and maybe a Patriarch, commissioned by Tsar Fvdor Alexeevich c1677.
Catherine I Coronation dress. I told you she was zoftig.
The crown of Prince Vladimir Monomachus. Not the fanciest but my favorite.
